WiX Custom action that can be used to install .net core, including ASP.NET Core, in a custom folder.

Net core comes bundled. Net core redistributable used under license from Microsoft (please see licenses in Licenses subfolder.

also please see LICENSE.TXT in installed bundle). WiX toolset used under license from the .NET Foundation.
